Account Manager

Account Managers are the steady hand our producer clients feel every week — onboarding, check-ins, pipeline visibility, and making sure appointments keep flowing. You'll own a book of clients and be measured on retention and results, not vanity metrics.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new producer clients and set expectations for the first 90 days.
  • Run weekly check-ins, review pipeline health, and flag issues before they become churn.
  • Coordinate with setters on pacing, territory, and qualification standards per client.
  • Own renewal conversations and expansion when a client is ready to grow volume.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or producer support.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a high-touch B2B service.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable being the face of the company to clients.
  • You'd rather prevent a problem with a call than explain it away in a report.
