You'll be the first voice prospects hear from Bridgeful — sourcing, qualifying, and educating annuity and IUL leads before they ever hit a producer's calendar. This is patient, craft-driven work: no boiler-room dialing, just conversations that earn trust.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound and inbound conversations with high-intent annuity and IUL prospects.
  • Qualify every lead against a bar we set together — budget, timeline, product fit.
  • Educate prospects on IUL basics so producers start every call ahead.
  • Book warm appointments directly onto producer calendars and hand off clean notes.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or inside sales — insurance or financial services a plus.
  • Clear, confident phone presence and the discipline to follow a process.
  • Comfort learning product nuance quickly and explaining it in plain language.
  • Track record of hitting activity and quality metrics without cutting corners.
