Head of Operations & Client Experience

Bridgeful is looking for a Head of Operations & Client Experience to own how we deliver — from the moment a producer signs on to the appointments that fill their calendar every week. You'll lead the setter and account-management teams, tighten the systems behind them, and be the person accountable for whether our clients actually win.

What you'll do

  • Lead and grow the appointment-setting and account-management teams (currently 18 people).
  • Own the client lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, quality bar, replacement guarantee, retention.
  • Define the metrics that matter (show rate, AP per client, time-to-first-appointment) and hold the team to them.
  • Partner with the founders on process, tooling, and the systems that let us scale without losing the craft.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in operations or client success, with 3+ managing managers.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a high-touch sales-support business.
  • A bias for clarity — you write things down, you make the standard obvious, you follow through.
  • Comfort owning a number and being measured against it.
